Board

Per the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 5126.021, The Board consists of seven persons and is responsible for governing the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the agency.

Regular Board Meetings will be held the third Monday of each month at 4:15 PM in the Eugene M. Amrine Conference Room at the Harold Lewis Center located at 1280 Charles Ln. Marysville, OH 43040.

The Board's Ethics Committee will meet at 4:00 PM before the regular meeting if needed. 

The Executive Committee will meet on the 2nd Monday of the month at 11:00 AM at the Administration Building. 

Exceptions may be made for holidays and/or special meetings. There will be no Board meetings scheduled in July, September or December.

The public is invited to attend. Executive Sessions may be held pursuant to R.C. 121.22. Persons needing special accommodations should request such 48 hours prior to the meeting time by calling 937-645-6702.
